2. What data we process and why

When you write to us by email. We process your name, email address and any information you include in your message, in order to answer you and, where applicable, to manage the professional relationship that follows. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). We keep this data for as long as needed to handle your request and, afterwards, for the periods required by law.

When you visit this website. Our hosting provider processes technical data that every browser sends (such as IP address, browser type, requested page and time of access) in order to deliver the website and protect it against abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are kept for a limited period by the provider.

Audience measurement. We use Vercel Web Analytics to obtain aggregated visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type, referring website). It does not use cookies, does not track you across other websites and does not allow us to identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the website is used (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

We do not create profiles, make automated decisions about you, or sell or share your data for advertising.

3. Recipients and international transfers

Our providers act as data processors on our behalf: Vercel Inc. (website hosting and analytics) and our email service provider. Vercel Inc. is based in the United States; transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR, such as the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We only disclose data to other parties when required by law.

4. Your rights

You can request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability, by writing to legal@deepdesignsystems.com. If you consider that your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use cookies.

When you choose a language or a colour theme, your browser stores that choice locally (local storage keys “dds.lang” and “dds.theme”) so that the website remembers it. This information stays on your device, is not sent to us and is strictly necessary for a function you have requested; under Article 22.2 LSSI-CE it does not require consent. You can delete it at any time from your browser settings.

Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own domain, without requests to third-party services.

When you follow a link to another website (for example LinkedIn, Medium or a publisher), that website's own cookie policy applies. If we ever introduce technologies that require your consent, we will ask for it before using them.

6. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when the way we process data changes. The date at the top of the page shows the latest version.
